Easy Roasted Asparagus

An easy side dish recipe for roasted aspragus perfect for the spring season.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Washing asparagus. Cut off one inch from end of spears.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top of aspragus. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in oven for 9-12 minutes for small asparagus spears and 12-15 minutes for thicker aspragus.
