An easy side dish recipe for roasted aspragus perfect for the spring season.
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
Washing asparagus. Cut off one inch from end of spears.
Drizzle olive oil on top of aspragus. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast in oven for 9-12 minutes for small asparagus spears and 12-15 minutes for thicker aspragus.
