Easy Roasted Asparagus
An easy side dish recipe for roasted aspragus perfect for the spring season.
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Washing asparagus. Cut off one inch from end of spears.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of aspragus. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for 9-12 minutes for small asparagus spears and 12-15 minutes for thicker aspragus.
